POOL
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1.
Everyone
must have a current pool badge. No one will be permitted in the pool area
without a pool badge or an appropriate guest pass. Badges must be worn at all
times when in the pool area.
2.
All
guests must be accompanied by a Victoria Crossing resident who is held
responsible for the actions and behavior of their guest.
3.
Children
under the age of sixteen (16) MUST
be accompanied by an adult or a teenager.
4.
Bathing
suits must be worn in the pool. Cutoffs are not considered bathing suits.
5.
Children
wearing diapers must have RUBBER PANTS
on!
6.
Persons
in swim suits are not allowed inside the clubhouse other than to use the
restrooms.
7.
Children
who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult.
8.
Lifeguards
have permission to test any individual for swimming ability.
9.
No
pets allowed in the pool area except for service animals.
10.
No
Smoking in the pool area.
11.
No
running in pool area. No horseplay or unnecessary splashing in the pool or pool
area.
12.
Bathers
must cover chairs and loungers with towels to protect them from suntan lotions
and oils.
13.
Pool
equipment cannot be reserved.
14.
Lifeguards
have the final say as to whether the pool will be open or closed during
inclement weather.
15.
NO alcoholic beverages
allowed. Persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs
shall not be permitted to enter the pool area or shall be asked to leave the
pool area.
16.
The
lifeguard has permission to request people to leave due to inappropriate
behavior. The police will be used where disputes arise.
17.
All
persons using the pool do so at their own risk. The Association assumes no
responsibility for any loss of personal property.
18.
Persons
using the pool area agree NOT to
hold the Association liable for any actions occurring within the pool area.
19.
No
diving or jumping into the pool.
NOTE: The Association
reserves the right to refuse entry or eject violators from the pool area and to
deny future pool privileges to anyone violating these rules. Use of the pool is
prohibited after scheduled hours. Persons found violating this rule may be
subject to criminal charges. No one is allowed to enter and/or use the pool
that has not paid up to date any and all association fees, late fees, fines,
restitution and interest on their accounts.
