COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL POLICY
The
Community Center is for use by the OWNERS
and the ASSOCIATION RESIDENTS only,
who are in good standing. Owners may reserve the Community Center for private
functions by contacting Atlantic Realty Management, Inc. at least two (2) weeks
in advance of the function.
The
RENTAL and REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FEES are as follows:
$150.00
Money Order for the rental fee, and
$100.00
Money Order for the security
deposit, to be returned after inspection.
Rental
of the Community Center allows five (5) hours of use (excluding one (1) hour
for set up and one (1) hour clean up). Use of the Community Center is not
permitted to extend past 12 a.m. (midnight).
The
POOL is NOT available for rent. ABSOLUTELY
NO ADMISSION TO THE OUTSIDE POOL AREA IS PERMITTED.
The
renting owner is responsible for the behavior of those using the Community
Center.
The
renting owner and a representative of the Association will expedite a walk
through with a check list of the Community Center’s overall condition including
the working condition of all amenities.
ANY and ALL damages sustained
inside/outside of the Community Center during the rental period will be the
responsibility of the renter.
Smoking
and tobacco chewing is not permitted. Alcoholic beverages and food will not be
permitted in the Center except at private parties.
You
will find the Community Center clean. Restrooms will be clean and have toilet
tissue and paper towels available.
You
may arrange the tables and chairs to suit your guest; however, please stack and
return the tables and chairs to the area provided.
We
suggest that you supply your own ice cubes. The refrigerator will be wiped
clean when you arrive.
Please
take your trash with you and separate cans and bottles in appropriate
containers.
You will forfeit your deposit if the
Community Center is not returned in the way it was presented to you. In the
event damages exceed your deposit, you will be expected to pay any additional
fees set forth immediately. Failure to pay will cause you the right to rent the
Center in the future. Any monies owed will be added onto your Association fees.
Remember, as long as you have a balance, late fees will be charged. THERE WILL
BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH
YOU OR THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC FEE OF $25.00 DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY
DEPOSIT.
